From the M25 - Southbound (Clockwise).

From M25 exit at junction 30, follow signs for A13 London.
Continue for about 7 miles eventually you will see The Ford Motor Company on your left, shortly after that there are two new roundabouts, keep following signs for Dagenham and Barking.

After second roundabout you will see on your left, an Asda Supermarket, then a Texaco Garage. At the next set of traffic lights shortly after Texaco Garage, turn left (pub on corner "Ship & Shovel") Renwick Road.

After approximately 100 yds there is a high steel fence on the right. Immediately after the fence ends, turn right through gateway, at the "Just Hire Catering" (bright orange) sign. The Davenport Centre is the row of industrial units on your right. Just Hire Catering is in Unit 5.

From the M25 - Northbound (Anticlockwise).

From M25 exit at junction 27, follow signs for A406 South and then signs to A13 Dartford Tunnel.

Continue until you pass the road works diversion, still following A13. Shortly after this is a sign on the right for Rippleside Commercial Estate, turn right at filter light (pub on corner "Ship & Shovel") Renwick Road

After approximately 100 yds there is a high steel fence on the right. Immediately after the fence ends, turn right through gateway, at the "Just Hire Catering" (bright orange) sign. The Davenport Centre is the row of industrial units on your right. Just Hire Catering is in Unit 5.

From Central London.

From Central London, follow signs A13 Dartford Tunnel.
Continue past the A406 turnoffs (still following A13) until you pass the road works diversion. Shortly after this is a sign on the right for Rippleside Commercial Estate, turn right at filter light (pub on corner "Ship & Shovel") into Renwick Road. From Colchester / Chelmsford.

From Colchester the easiest way is to go along the A12 (London bound).
Continue over Gallows Corner flyover through 3 more junctions until you reach junction of Whalebone lane North & South.
Turn left into Whalebone Lane South (Pub just over lights on your left - Moby Dick - it's also a travel lodge), at next main crossroad (Pub on your right - TollGate) turn right, this is Chadwell Heath High Road.
Follow about ¾ mile, past 1 set lights (Pub on left - White Horse) shortly past there's another Pub on left (Coopers Arms), turn left, this is Station Road.
Continue over Station Hill; over mini-roundabout continue on this road (Valence Avenue) until 2nd set lights turn right. This is Becontree Avenue. Continue to main junction, (roundabout) go straight across (be careful) Lodge Avenue.
Follow Lodge Avenue all the way until you reach A13 (Huge roundabout with flyover above). Turn left, and immediately get into right hand lane. (Pretty dodgy as traffic coming at you from flyover on your right).
Approximately 1,000 yards on the left will appear a high rise block of flats that look like a Red & White ChessBoard, immediately after this to the right there is a right hand filter light (and a pub "The Ship & Shovel"). Turn right there, this is Renwick Road. After approximately 100 yds there is a high steel fence on the right. Immediately after the fence ends, turn right through gateway, at the "Just Hire Catering" (bright orange) sign. The Davenport Centre is the row of industrial units on your right.
